Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from the U.S.

When will my order be shipped?

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available. Also, if you have two different pre-order dates, the order will ship at the later date.

Can you ship internationally?

We can only ship to Canada and United Kingdom at this time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any additional questions, please contact customer support at: hello@bossyglamworks.com

Once your order has been accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible if goods are lost or stolen. Good news! Bossy Glamworks is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.

How do I return my order?

We allow returns of unused, undamaged items returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Shipping fees are not refunded. For our store policy click here.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping. Insurance is included with your purchase covering up to $100 (through USPS/UPS--you will need to contact the carrier (USPS or UPS NOT Bossy Glamworks to file a claim)

My discount code isn’t working, what do I do?

If your discount code is not working, it may be invalid/expired. If the discount code is current/valid and is still not working, please contact hello@bossyglamworks.com for further assistance.

Can I cancel or exchange my order once it has been placed?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
