Store Policy

At Bossy Glamworks 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges.  All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use towards a new purchase. Please Note: STORE CREDITS EXPIRE AFTER 1 YEAR IF THEY ARE NOT REDEEMED AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT CODES OR OFFERS. ANY ORDER PLACED USING A STORE CREDIT FROM A RETURN IS A FINAL SALE.

 Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

All accessories, ALL WHITE garments, bodysuits, leggings, custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, permanently marked down items and items sold at more than a 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.  All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  (This includes the VIP discount offered in first purchases.)

 For Boots: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags/bags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots. Items must be submitted for return within 7 days of date received. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box). Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result an automatic return to sender/denied return. Please note: A store credit will be issued for the boots for you to use to  purchase a different size or a different item on the website.  

 We are happy to offer you returns to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. To optimize your customer service experience, please note that effective June 1,2020, there will be no exception to our return policy. You must submit the online request form and receive approval to get store credit. If you return items without completing the process, your items will be returned to you. 

Click here to start your return.  After your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item. Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. We do not issue store credit for the purchase of Route package insurance as well.

NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe.  As promised, when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your store credit.
