Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for you to process your order before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS International. International delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivered Packages

Bossy Glamworks does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as DELIVERED by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact UPS directly to file a claim, and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
