Please allow 2-3 business days to for us to process your order. Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. Please note: orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Packages are not shipped over the weekend/holidays.
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available. Also, if you have two different pre-order dates, the order will ship at the later date.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address if fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations, and be sure to have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you and try to resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, and you do not respond, your order will be cancelled and refunded to you.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. After your package is shipped, we do not have control over how long USPS/UPS takes to get it to you. Once packages are received by USPS/UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging, the package has been altered/opened, or if the package is lost/stolen we are not responsible.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS Bossy Glamworks DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
