At Bossy Glamworks, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
Bossy Glamworks is a small business, and returns require time, processing, and careful handling. For this reason, all approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Returns should include the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Accessories
- All white garments
- Bodysuits
- Leggings
- Custom t-shirts and sweatshirts
- Items marked as final sale or discounted more than 20%
Boots Return Policy:
- Condition: Boots must be unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Try-On Instructions: To prevent scuffing, try on boots on carpeted surfaces only.
- Packaging: Boot boxes must not have tape or shipping labels attached directly; place the boot box inside a shipping box.
Return Process:
- Submit a return request through our Return Portal.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred shipping method.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after we receive your return.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
