Bossy Glam Coaching Agreement

By purchasing a coaching bundle from Bossy Glam Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Package

Your purchase includes three (3) one-on-one coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance, strategy, and direction for your business.

2. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience based on mutual availability. Clients are encouraged to come prepared with questions and topics to maximize each session.

3. Session Usage & Expiration

Clients may space out their sessions to allow time for implementation between calls. However, all sessions must be used within [6 months] of purchase.

4. Communication Boundaries

Coaching support is provided during scheduled sessions only.

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients:

- Questions, strategy, and business guidance will be addressed during your coaching calls  

- Ongoing or detailed coaching support will not be provided via email, DMs, or text  

- Brief administrative questions (scheduling, confirmations, etc.) are always welcome  

Clients are encouraged to keep a running list of questions to review during their sessions.

5. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed calls without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and time-based coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibility

Results are based on the client’s effort, implementation, and commitment. Bossy Glam Coaching provides guidance, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
